I am in Thailand on a 30 day visa-free stamp and just signed a contract to work here. In order to get a longterm visa, must I leave Thailand and show my contract and letter from employer to a Thai embassy? Or can I just go to 'Immigration' in Thailand?

I have a multiple entry non-Imm O visa and it expires in July. To renew it for another year do I need to reapply in the UK (where I am from) or can I do it in Thailand?

My Non B visa expires on the 25th May 2013 and my re entry permit is valid until 25 May 2013. I plan to leave the country on  April 26th to do my visa run. Do i need to get a re entry permit if my visa is going to expire? If i depart on May 25th do i need to get a re entry permit to Thailand?
