I have a Non-immigrant B visa from issued at Penang, Malaysia. My visa will expire on May 8th 2013. Question, before my visa expires, do i have to apply for a non immigrant b visa again or just visa runs? Thank you.
I have a non-immigrant O-A Visa. issued 10 November 2012 which states "enter before 9 November 2013". I entered the country on 12 Dec and stamp says I can stay until 11 Dec 2013. I will leave on 14 March 2013 and get a departure stamp for that day. I have been told several things. If I enter again prior to 9 Nov 2013, How long can I stay,i.e., how will my passport be stamped. If I enter after 9 November 2013, will I be given another year or have only 30 dyas since my Visa says "enter before 9 November 2013 ?

From Denmark presently living in Thailand on a one month VISA cause of work outside Thailand, where can I apply for a "O" marrige based VISA and what is required
Hello - am preparing for my visit to Thailand. 2 years ago, i stayed 33 days & got fined for 3 days overstaying. this time, i plan to stay around 40 days and would like to know what is the best / most convenient way to execute it? i understand that a visa could be obtained once i arrive - for approx. US$50.00 but it would entail some sort of paperwork >> bank statement etc. which i might not have avail. during my stay in Thailand. overstaying 10 days means 5000 baths fined - but would it cause any problem with immigration as well? any suggestion is greatly appreciated. david.
After working for 11 years in Bangkok with a W/P & Non Imm B Visa I lost my job and took the company to the Labor Court. The judge requested on 2 occasions that immigration should extend my visa for 90 days each time to allow me to remain in Thailand while the court case was ongoing. No Problems.........
Then in November the court case was concluded ( I won- settlement received ) and I managed to get another 90 day extension (Still Non B) for health issues which expires next week. Now I want to change to a Non O visa based on my Thai marriage of 9 years. I am told a different story every time by CWattana Immigration. Some say I have to leave TL and return with an Non O rather than a regular tourist visa. I'm looking at going to the Thai consulate in Penang/Malasia with all my docs and bank statements which tick all the boxes ( Marriage Cert, House Reg, Spouse ID, Bank statement etc.).
As my current visa has no re-entry permit does that mean that if I leave TL before it's expiry date that it will be voided on my exit?
Some have told me to go to the Lao land border and request a Non O on re-entry. I've looked at many forums regarding visa runs to Lao but it sees like a nightmare getting there. Also I've call the Govt helpline 1111 for advice and they just tell me to talk to Cwattana again.
If anyone could spare some advice I would be very grateful.
Is it possible a foriegner who is married to another foriegner working in Thailand to obtained a non immigrant O visa ?
I hold an indian passport i need to know if i can extend my tourist visa for 30 days more from Malaysia or any other way?
As they always change, I am presently on a double entry , expires may 25 and not sure what i can do after this or can i do another double entry outside thailand ??
I saw an ad on Deloitte Thailand's website that they are looking for an Assistant Auditor which I fancy, but I am reluctant to apply because I am not sure whether I need to have an existing working visa first before applying.
I know the salary in Thailand is far less compared to Australia, but I see this as an opportunity to experience working somewhere out of my comfort zone. I am not sure though whether the salary I will be earning is enough to pay for living expenses in Thailand (assuming I get the job).
I want to bring my parents as they are not working in India , I want to bring them in Thailand so that they can stay with me , please suggest how I will get proper visa for them.
We came to Thailand from Loas on 19th Dec but have just seen the stamp and its says we had to leave on the 21st Dec, which means we have over stayed unaware! as far as I'm concerned we should have had 14 days... not 2, can anyone help? (we're British)

If I get a non-immigrant visa to study in Thailand for 90 days, can I then renew it for an additional 90 days for the purpose of tourism? Or would I have to get the 12 month visa?
