my husband has non-immigrant B visa and me and my child have a non immigrant visa O. if my husband is leaving job then after me and my child can leave in thailand without my husband

I and my child stay in thailand with my husband. My husband has nonimmigrant visa B and we came with him in thailand.  Now my husband leaving job, He is going back our home country but me and my child want to stay here for more time without him. We have nonimmigrant visa O for 12 months because my husband working in thailand. Can me and my child stay here without my husband?  Please give information on drtrivedi_it@yahoo.co.in.
