we (retired Australian couple)would like to spend a year or two in south Thailand near airport and facilities so Phuket, ticks most boxes but where is a nice place to live there?

Just wondering if anyone knows the gun laws in Thailand.  I have several weapons, and would like to know if they can be shipped to Thailand, also can firearms be purchased there?

I need to get a non-immigrant B for myself. Can I do a visa-run and get a non-immigrant o for the rest of my family? or do they need to come with me

As they always change, I am presently on a double entry , expires may 25 and not sure what i can do after this or can i do another double entry outside thailand ??
